My, but are you a busy little one! Sheeshamighty God!! It's a wonder you get any sleep; you must be part Energizer Bunny! LOL
I am glad that things are going well for you, and I think that cruise you and hubby are taking to Mexico is starting to sound mighty good by now! It isn't too long before you go; when you DO go, I wish you a "bon voyage", and I wish you a safe and happy time! Just don't drink the water down there; heard that it is nasty!
I am glad that you added Janica to the family, as well as Arjun and Rani. Hopefully by now things have settled, and hopefully all three have assimilated themselves into the Sandusky Family. I am wondering if you are going to adopt any more; either you are: a.) crazier than a loon for taking in so many broken children, or b.) have a lot of love inside that big heart of yours! (I personally think it is the latter.) It sounds like your kids are doing wonderfully! That is good to hear!
My boys are doing well; they are getting bigger and bigger each day, and it is hard for me to go after them 24 hours a day! There are so many bad things out there; I can't help but worry whenever I hear of things like war, the bird flu, child predators, and the like! How do you keep your sanity after hearing bad news all day??
How is the weather there? Here it is sunny and warm, with afternoon thunderstorms; but that is typically the weather for this time of year in Florida. I'd rather have it this way than with storms or hurricanes; I am already dreading this year's hurricane season! After Katrina, Rita, and Wilma, the southland doesn't NEED any more devastating hurricanes!! (Think I will head to Alaska before the hurricane season starts--but then I will probably freeze my Florida a** when I get there! LOL)
I am not working yet; still relying on neighbors to help me with the bills or with agencies helping the low income people. I also rely on food banks or churches for food and necessities for myself and the boys, and it is better than nothing; but I peruse the want ads every day or go out (with the boys if I don't leave them with my next door neighbor's) to look for work. So far, nothing. It is very discouraging. Please keep me in prayer; pray something comes up soon before we end up on the streets!
Well, I have managed to depress myself again, so I am going to go now and try to get my mind back together. I have been an emotional wreck since Mother's death, and with Mother's Day coming up fast, I don't need to be reminded of it!! It hurts, Louie, it really hurts!! My heart is breaking inside, and there isn't a g.d. thing I can do about it!!
