Dear Wayne~
This is your friend, Louie, from work. I heard you are scheduled to have an MRI in the next few days because you've been having those migraines again. I am sorry you are going through this; please know that you're in my prayers (plus I have put your name on the prayer boards at church). I hope you don't mind.
I have been wondering why I haven't seen you at work.
If you need anything, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. The same applies to your sister Audrey and niece Susie. Hear they've been having serious health problems as well.
Please take care of yourself. If you need to talk, I'm as close as the phone or the computer. Or maybe during break we can talk about what's going on. I may not be able to solve your troubles, but I'm a darn good listener!

What a warm and wonderful write my friend, you know it's co/workers such as these that really make a difference. I have a few of those myself, I recall having to go to the sleep clinic to find out if I had sleep apnia...a dear friend who teaches second grade just down the hall from me, brought me a prayer cloth to take with me to the clinic...I found much comfort with the cloth tucked beneath my pillow, I thought of all the prayers that had been prayed over this tiny scrap of material...I imagined how the Lord listened as the saints called out my name...I slept like a baby that night, got up showered at the clinic and went to work the next day, taught at my best...and the greatest part of all was that the results were negative! Hadn't thought about this in a while, glad your write reminded me so that I could share it with you! Great write my friend, enjoyed!
