     Mom's Message From Heaven
The day of my Mother's funeral was cloudy and overcast. Behind the minister was a beautiful stained glass window. It was unlit from behind because of the overcast.

However, every time the minister quoted my Mom, the sun would break through and light up the window right on cue.

The first time I noticed this I didn't think much about it, but it happened every time. So much so that I elbowed my daughter and said, "Are you seeing this?" She said, "What?" I told her later, and she said she hadn't noticed.

I asked my sister if she had noticed. She said she hadn't, but her boss, the now DA in that county, said she did.

I wasn't the only one who had noticed this. Believe me, I was glad for the confirmation that I wasn't just imagining it, and that Mom was letting us know from Heaven, that all was well with her.

A moving illumination on the light of Love. You needed the others to see it too, to be sure. You know what you saw and how it touched your heart.

Beautiful write, Walt; your mom lives on in this write, and my mom lives on in my heart! She died young too; not quite sixty. That was seventeen and a half years ago; I sitll miss her.

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :(

Beautiful Walt, both my brother and shortly after his wife both died young. On the way to my sil's funeral two clouds opened to first show twin rays of sun shining down and then one single one...I knew then that they were reunited and at peace.

She was telling you that she wasn't gone, still there, loving, watching, protecting and, ultimately, trying to make your sadness less with mother's little winks.
