Louie here. Am finally on the ol' computer; sorry I haven't been on for the past week; things been crazy here at best. I hope you understand.
I have been a good girl: followin' my doctor's orders (strict bedrest, only rising to go to the restroom or to doctor's appointments; though I have been able to go to church and/or out to eat a few times; then I have to use the wheelchair).
Babies still using my stomach/bladder as a kickball court; they are still very active; they take my breath away a lot of the time; it's sure gettin' hard to breathe---
I have to sleep with extra pillows just so my lungs can get all the extra air they can possibly get (no longer am able to lie flat); I sometimes wish I could get a snort of oxygen! LOL Everything gets me out of breath; it doesn't take much for me to start gasping like a dyin' fish. It's scary at times!
Bill is busy working around the house,. chasin' kids, trying to make sure all is in order. Poor thing is bone tired; I keep telling him to go to bed or take a nap during the day but he never listens. He's going to work himself into a collapsed state if he doesn't be more careful! I am getting worried about him!
The kids are doing well: no sickies to report, no ambulance calls, no bouts of the flu (although Emir, Arjun, and Bjorn did have a bout of an upper respiratory virus a few weeks back; all are now recovered, just about over their coughs), and Ronee' fell the other day while at the store; wasn't hurt, thank goodness; she did, however, scrape her arm up pretty good; also got a nice bruise. She's just about over it now; arm healing nicely.
The kids are looking forward to the Harvest Festival at our church tomorrow; frankly, so are we. We had a nice time last year; this is the second year for our festival at Christ Community Assembly of God; everyone is excited, anticipating a great turnout, maybe even having some souls becoming saved. That would be awesome!
It's a great way for the community to come for a night of (safe) fun, food, musical entertainment, contests/games, and socialization, also an opportunity to make new friends (and hopefully gain new members of the church!).
It's also a great way to share the love/Message of Jesus Christ, show the love of Christ thorugh our actions, make a real difference in people's lives.
Well, I am going to go now; Bill wants to use the computer for something (pay some bills online; that's how we do it now; it's more convenient for us). Got money in our checking account, so we are able to pay the bills, praise the Lord!! Take care and God bless you mightily! Again, Happy Hallowe'en/Harvest!
