How it began for me was more by accident. I filed a diability claim with the Department of Veteran's Affairs . I was asked to write a "stressor" letter. For those of you that don't know what a "stressor" letter does to the human mind, just ask anybody who had the pleasure of writing one. My first attempt read like a suicide note to others who read it. The inspiration "stressor" was an article I had read.
Now my second attempt to write a "stressor" letter turned out to be therapy for me.
From there I created a dozen or so more writings. I'm always learning but I do take time to think about writing.
