Dear Rebekkah Rachel~

Johnny here. You don't know how glad you've made me. When I got your e-mail the other day, my heart just soared! Thank you so much for writing; it is great to hear from you again!

I was also glad to hear that your latest surgery was a success. I pray this is the last surgery you'll need for a while. You've been through too much already! I will continue to pray for you; so will my family, and our church.

I am writing this on my laptop; just got here to the cafeteria for lunch. Today it's mystery meat (yuck!), mashed potatoes and gravy, choice of green beans or baby carrots, and for dessert, apple strudel. Good stuff today; usually the cafeteria food bites! (I often brown bag it.) At least it's not hospital food; bet you are tired of it by now! I know I would be if I were you!

Glad to hear your mom is doing better herself. I've been praying for her as well.

I am doing better: my voice is coming back (don't sound like "E.T." anymore), and I'm breathing easier. No trouble since my last attack. No, I don't like the trache, but as long as it helps, then I'll have to get used to it, put up with it.

(The worst thing about it? The suctioning! That hurts!! Every time I need suctioning, I fight my parents; it's bad!)

How is the weather there in London Town?  Here it's sunny (but cold); it's supposed to be sunny for a few days before we get snow (again). The last of the snows from the last storm have melted; now everything is a dreary, soppy, muddy mess. No playing outside without our winter coats, galoshes, mittens, scarves, or hats, and no tracking mud/dirt into the house, or else it's our necks!

Speaking of wx, in a few weeks, my science class is going to the local tv station to see the weather studio, see the wx team in action, learn what goes into a forecast, meet the Storm Team. It is going to be an all day affair; I am really looking forward to it, especially since I want to be a meteorologist when I grow up!

This is going to be very exciting for a wx buff like me! :)

Ronee' goes to her tryouts for "America's Got Talent" on Saturday; she's getting nervous. She will be singing "I Wanna Be A Cowboy's Sweetheart" (complete with yodeling). Hopefully she will make it farther than she did a year ago; last year she made it to the top 35 before she was cut. She sounds good; however, if I tried to yodel like that, I'd hurt myself!

(Do they have splints for ruptured tonsils??) LOL

Well, I am going to get my grub face on; almost to the counter, then I'll get my food, and eat til it's time to go to my next class. My next class is History. BORRRRING!! I HATE History!!

I'll write again soon; take care and write when you can! Feel better soon, and no more hospital stays! Please??
