Tensay was a strong, lean Elf. He has been in more battles then he has ever wanted to be in, and has done more heroic deeds then most knights will ever complete in their life. The only thing is that he is a mercenary, and most people see them as ruthless killers just looking to make a profit. But he is not like that. War fare has been in is blood for ages. Every single person in his family has been in the army, and some form of a war. He is no different. Since the beginning of The Great War, he has been helping out the Rebels. With his skill and knowledge of war they have benefited greatly from him, but he has not been in battle with them for almost three years now. Lately he has helped out civilians that have lost loved ones and so much more do to this war. But now he has returned to the Rebels to continue his services for the greater good of Neron.
Tensay walked up the hill only to find a big cloud of smoke coming from a pile of burning ruble. His eyes widen and ran down towards the smoke. He saw many bodies lying around and he also saw a few survivors, they were all trying to get up and move around. He ran down the hill towards the burning base to see what has happened to the rebels. He spotted a man sitting next to what looked like the entrance, which is now blocked off by rubble from the explosion.
“What happened here?” Tensay asked the man who was sitting next to the entrance.
“The damn Elves came to are base and destroyed every thing.”
“Do you know how many soldiers survived?”
“No, but I’m guessing about a thousand, out of almost ten thousand. We do not know if there are more survivors or not.”
“Oh my, is your captain still alive or is he dead…”
“We don’t know, the entrance to his corridor is destroyed and blocked off. No one can get through! We think he might still be alive but if he is wounded then he won’t last long. Also the seconded in command, Laos, is missing to.”
Tensays’ eyes widened. His son may be dead because of his own people. He looked at the entrance trying to decide what actions to take. He needed to see if his son was alive or not.
“Damn those Elves! And that Imperial scum didn’t help much either. I fear the worst for your Captain though. I’m greatly sorry for all of your losses.” Tensay walked away toward the ruble that was blocking the way into the captain’s bedroom and the mess hall. He looks around the ruble and tried to figure out how to get in.
He stood back and stuck out his hands in front of him. He then shouted “Suouin ja on tuyo!” every one looked at him, puzzled and confused. A strange light shined in the palm of his hand and a giant beam came out of his hand and blasted the ruble into oblivion.
“There now we can get through.” Ever one looked at him, jaws dropped and confusion on there faces.
“COME ON NOW! Don’t you want to see if your captain is alive! Let’s go now!” The troops rushed into the hole and looked for the captain. Tensay looked at them as they ran pass, he walked off into the distance toward Juko.
