Ronee' is not very happy with how things are turning out for the Arizona Cardinals, who are battling the favored Pittsburgh Steelers, in the Super Bowl.

Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009 (Super Bowl Sunday!!), Nashville, TN., 9:27 p.m., C.S.T.~

Dear Journal~

Ronee' here.  I'm borrowing Ryder's computer here while at church.  We are at a Stupid Bowl party; I am not very happy with how things are turning out.  The Pigsburgh Steelers are creamin' the Arizona Cardinals, after three quarters, 20-7.

Grrr!!!  I hates Pigsburgh!  :(

Oh, I am having a good time at church, don't get me wrong; just don't like how the game's turnin' out!  The Steelers are too good; they've already won five Super Bowls!  They don't need to win another one!!

Give the Cards a chance!!  They've never been in a Super Bowl until now; and they're not doing very good!  *whine*

We are eatin' pizza, nacho chips, tacos, all the junk food we can possibly get without getting into trouble, plus guzzlin' on soda pop.  (No beer, only root beer!  LOL  I've already had four cans, and am working now on a fifth can.  *Burrrp*)

Maman always says I'm too skinny; I'm trying to gain weight here!  I can eat and eat and eat, and no pounds on me!!  I HATE it!!  (I don't want to be fat, but I don't want to look like an anorexic beanpole either!  :P)

Anyway, Troy Polamalu is too good.  Someone needs to pull his hair, fling 'em to the ground, stomp him into a grease spot!  LOL  Oh, he's a good athlete, plus he's a Christian, but man, there's no stopping him; he's worse than a brick wall!!  LOL

Troy has long black hair;  when he has his football garb on, you do NOT want to be on the opposing team!  He is intimidation to the ninth degree!  WOW!!  I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley at night!  Holysmokes!  LOL

Think he's Hawai'ian or somethin'.  :)

Maybe Samoan?  Anyway, he's not Irish.  Or Cajun!  LOL

Speaking of Cajun, my kitty woke me up this morning, stuck her paw right in my mouth.  Patooie!  Yucko!!  At least she didn't meow her tuna breath right in my face, like she usually does!  What a rude awakening!  It's about as bad as her, the other day, hackin' up a hairball.  On my bed!!  Gross!!  That was beyond sick!!  I about lost my cookies right then, and I hadn't eaten yet!  LOL

Ricochet, the kitten, then decides to eat Cajun's mess.  EWWWW!!  I knew I had to get out of there, fast, or else I was going to  join 'em!!  LOL

Stupid cats!  I love 'em, but dang, they're so annoying at times!!

Johnny is hollering at the Cardinals; he's not being very nice about it either.  He already owes the cuss jar $5.00 (the dang word); I heard him with my own ears!  So did maman; she lowered the boom on him with a quickness!

And at church, too!  Tsk, tsk, tsk!!  (He's gonna have to repent!!)

Daddy sounds like he's going to rupture something; I can hear him all the way from the gym, where we are at.  There's no mistaking his voice!!  LOL  He doesn't sound like he's very happy either.

I don't blame him.  Stupid Steelers!!

They're stealin' the Bowl!  I am NOT amused!!

Well, I guess you can say the Cards don't have a chance unless a miracle happens.  God, can you help the Cards now when they need it the most??  Please????

Gonna let you go, since I'm borrowin' Ryder's 'puter.  Think he wants it back; he wants to play Bookworm again.  Then I am going to go to bed when I get home and cry over the Cards!  Boo hoo!!

Love ya!~  God bless and so long for now!

~Ronee.  :(  *Booo, Pigsburgh!*

Well, they (Arizona Cardinals) ALMOST had a miracle, they ran it up towards the end, but just couldn't prevail against the Steel (Iron?) Curtain. Final score: Steelers: 27. Cardinals: 23. Awdang. LOL Maybe it's something in those towels the Steeler fans wave that puts the hoo-doo on their opponants. LOL An excellent story of football, food, and fun (would have been MORE so if the Cardinals wouldn't have blunted their beaks on the Steelers' defense). Well done, Karen!

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
