Spock look down and picked it up a flower, he never smelled a flower before but now he did ' Don't do that when you take a sniff it's like a big wind .' Spock looked around but still no one was there .
' Sorry I apology,' Spock said not sure who he was talking to or why .
The other members did not notice him talking too a flower as they too were busy themselves with exploring this newly discover planet , he'd looked around but no one was about .
' Down here,' the voice said,' Your not hearing thing I'm the only one you see I shrank myself down I be safe .' Spock then want to say something but saw Dr. Leonard McCoy watching him . But then the had doctor look perplexed . Spock had held onto the flower not letting go .
He'd started towards McCoy .' Look ,Spock see what I see .'
' Your sensor readings said no life forms Spock ? ' ask Starfleet Officer Kenneth Anderson who was aboard as a specialist in terra forming .
He was too offer advice nothing more Starfleet Command had ordered that there be more worlds to terra form that process too change barren worlds to habitable planets for people too live on .
Spock holding onto the flower gently, a pink flower at that , walk to where the chief medical officer was ,and what he was looking at .Spock then in fact saw it too and raised an eyebrow at that .
' Interesting,' the Vulcan said,' Footprints but man size footprints .'
' That is my problem,' said the voice coming from the flower ,' Even at my normal size I'd was what you call small, those belong too a being as big as you .' said Spock heard a bit of concern in the voice he was hearing .

Suddenly as Spock pretended too study the footprint ,so McCoy would not ask him why he was talking too himself Spock put the flower inside his tricorder case and turned to Dr. McCoy,' I think we need to return too the Enterprise give the Captain our report we might have more trouble then we realize we must beam back aboard .' He knew the doctor hated the transporter but there were no other way too .
