     parents know best.

As they rested against the boulder Frisse had started to dream her's was one that took her back to before she started the Rite of Passage and how her mother was happy for her but her father was not overly enjoyed about it .

' You should do well ,' her mother had told her as they sat down eating their daily meal together .' I'm proud of you .'

Her father who was a proud man himself sometimes let that get in the way about how he felt for others or his family but when it came to those that were his children he let nothing stand in the way .

' I'm proud of you Frisse,' her father said after taking a bite of deer meat which was their everday diet, that included berries to  fish even anything they'd in fact too had  found in the nearby woods that surrounded their tribe .They ate what they could no matter where it came from .It was the only means they had to eat it from .

' Just that in the years in whiched the Rite had started only four womem had to taking it including your mother .'

Frisse nodded but knew better then to say anything when he was talking or giving her a lecture of any kind .She knew deep down he was concern for her also but never voiced it openly .

But something else was troubling him as well .
