' Look out the witch ,' cried the dragon who to was the Mayor of Living Island , a boy name Tommy and his sister Samantha discovered the island and were trying to find their way back home .

'The witch was an old woman who rode on a broom and all kinds of neat flying things in order to terrorize the Living Island .The mayor too open his mouth and breathed out fire to try and stop the witch but she was too high in the air .The island quiver everything on it to lived and talk and could move but even to children like these they wanted to go home again .'Please,' Tommy said .

' Must be your magic flute she's after ,'suggest Whoot the Owl as all of them to to the distant trees where Whoot lived who was an Owl and the brilliant and smart one on the Living Island .Above in the skies overhead the wind start picking up and getting even stronger .

' Mayor the witch is at it again,' cried the wind as everyone ran out to see what was happening  they could not believe the wind in fact was even as stronger as they ever seen .

' Somebody must stop the witch,' suggested Samantha .
