The tree stood next to the house .It grew there tall .

I look out of the window at it each day and see my protector when I was alone it was my babysitter .A branch grew next to the window and that it blocked the window so I felt safe that no one could get in .

One day when no one was home I climb out onto the branch .Suddenly as I started out I felt the branch uneven and weak it broke I'd fell but fell too where I do not know where . I opened my eyes and saw there was a land of trees all around .I saw trees old and young and tall and small. I stood next to a tree who suddenly look down at me .

' Who are you ? ' the tree ask .

' I'm Gerald and I'm lost ,and who are you  ,where am I ? ' I wait for it too answer , it smile but then cried I did not understand why .It told it's name and I nodded .I would not be harm not by anyone .And so I lived there to be forever happy .

' This is the land of Nod  my name is Virgil here no one ever escape we all make the best of where we are at  live each day to that .'

So did I in the land of Nod live each day to that I to never saw home  not in that effect but each day I'd viisit a place call the Reflecting Pool where I in fact would  look down , see my home and family , I was happy here in fact more in fact then I ever was .

I live inside Virgil a nesting home I made I lived here in the land of Nod until I was old and gray .
