Speed more and more confided with his doctors and he talked to them too, but the images of speed going faster then he should or trying to be better then any othe racecar driver in the world including Racer X he had too stop racing all together let his mind too nerves get back on track as it were .
Speed only accepted what the doctors told him just too get released .He did take time away from racing but it turned out he started racing again , but seemed able to handle it though .
Until the final race of the season .It was the top three showdown of the year .Racer X, Speed and a upcoming new driver name Avalon this was going to be the race of the century .
The three were lined up and ready to go .
