No one saw it there as the Stargate opened as it did those many times before but this time it would be different as the SG-1 team entered the Stargate it drop from a chevron and suddenly Jack O'Neill felt a pinch on his neck and turned around as they entered the Stargate.

A tiny black spider was on the back of Jack's neck as they travel through the Stargate to a world known as only WRT-09876 .

But while they travelled the tiny spider bit Jack's neck and went deeper into his neck .On the other side as the SG-1 team landed on that world Daniel Jackson, Samantha Carter and Teal'c turned together at what in fact came out of the Stargate . It wasn't Jack himself per say but to Jack and the tiny spider they were both as one ,Jack had eight arms instead of two eight eyes instead of two  for the first time in his life even Daniel Jackson  at a loss for words .Jack only made an errie shrieking sound .
