Kirk wished that what he had said to him but now the Enterprise was en route too the Neutral Zone of the Romulan Empire where heavy activity in fact was growing more . Reports were that the Romulans wanting too make first contact .

' All is set Commander ,' announced Romulan weapons officer Sulia as he stood at his station console .The Romulans were an agressive race wanting too always expand and conquer, once they were related in the past to Vulcans but the two seperated Vulcans wanted peace not war  . War he thought was more profitable then peace was .

' Thankyou,' agreed Commander Seikne as he'd then  stood looking at the main viewing screen of the bridge of the Romulan warship and the Commander waited a long time for this ,he wanted war ,he wanted the one to start a war it was his destiny too do so .He knew that it was programmed into his life ,the way he'd lived it .War was the way of their very existence ,their being was to be conquerers .

' Come Earthers we our waiting for you ,too bad the Vulcans had too changed become peace loving instead of embracing war .'

The Romulan warship was small,designed like a bird from Earth he had too laugh that was the only thing they'd had had  in common with Earthers .In fact the Romulans for years had studied Earth  the planets they had aligned themselves with .A bird was a flying creature on Earth .That's why they'd had choice the design .

It flew with grace .And besides he'd knew this was his only chance too actually make points with his government ,if he started a war he could get promoted too or if he failed he could lose everything .Besides there was another factor ,liked Vulcans ,Romulans had a long life spand but at this time Seikne was not old exactly but not in his prime any more .
