The Enterprise had arrived at the Neutral Zone there was the Romulan ship aiting under a device they had called a cloaking device it can too make anything invisible and Commander Seinke stood now looking at the starship on the viewing screen before him .

' Identity ? ' he'd then asked as the Enterprise had had been sending out communications too the Romulan ship but Commander Seinke ordered no response at all too them .He wanted silence for now .

' Our sensors identify it as a USS Enterprise the flagship .'  First Officer name Seyt reported to Commander Seinke .Commander Seinke had too smile there were reports already that the Federation was branching out or expanding and  liked the Romulans decided too do ,but unlike them the Federation did not use hostile means they use peace .

He cursed under his breath and decided it was about time .

' Communications officer Sionum try establish a channel to the Earther ship, it's time we'd broke our hundred years silence the universe will now  ready now too know of the Romulan Empire .'

 Suddenly then  the universe  itself came to a standstill as Commander Seinke's own  voice would then travelled through space too reached the Enterprise . Commander Seinke waited for the universe too finally cry out the name Romulans and he even showed a slight smile on his face too .In situations like this he wished the Romulans had no feelings .He was their commander and should not show emotions he was in fact at all times  suppose to be strong not weak .

'  Captain,'reported Lieutenant Uhura ' , I'm receiving transmission but I'd can't seemed too identify it sure ,'  she'd cursed too herself .She'd always hated when communications didn't go her way, because she'd knew that communications were the main reason if the Captain had too communicate with another ship or whatever the situation was call for  .

' Put it on speakers lieutenant ,'ordered Captain Kirk .
