The holidays are difficult for many people. If we all pay it forward the world would be a better place. ~Peace~

                                  ~Paying It Forward~

As I was walking through the parking lot- I saw this frail little man that looked like my father. He was confused, and kept looking around for someone or something. At that exact moment my eyes filled with tears.  This was the exact situation that happend to my father before he passed, except I wasn't there to help him. I decided to lend a hand to this gentleman. He was tired and confused, and simply forgot where his car was parked.

He was very frail and had a cane just like my fathers. No one was stopping to help him, so my girlfriend and I drove him around in circles until we finally found it on the other side of the mall. He was very happy and said "Bless you..." Of course, the tears started flowing again. This time they weren't sad tears but tears of joy!

After having some tears for my dad I arrived at Wallmart to get some stuff for lunches. There was a gal standing in front of me digging through her purse for a credit card to buy three Banquet meals, and diapers. Her card was declined so she kept looking, then put one of the meals back. Seeing this made me so sad. She couldn't even find enough change for a banquet meal. Again, no one offered to help the lady so, I paid the remainder of her bill for her. As I left the store there was a wave of unbelievable happiness that I felt rush through my entire body.

The two people that I came in contact with helped me release the tears that I have hidden for almost two years..

We all need to open our hearts to others, and reach out to them when they need help...Pay It Forward, and feel the joy of helping another.
