I have learned to hide you in the corners of my life. You have robbed me of Joy, a childhood, laughter and so much more. There where times that I didn't have a voice because you took over. I would stand in a corner as you wnt out to play. You made me feel ugly and unworthy of love. It took me 25 years to confont you. You thought you had control as you tried to show up again and again.
I carried all 3 of you with me but not anymore. The shame that belong to my Mom and Dad needs to flee from me and reside where it may. The shame with my name is no longer welcome because I have asked for forgiveness from Christ. And He says it is thrown in the deepest part of the sea and is as far away as the East is from the West. And in the name of Jesus Christ I am forgiven for all my sins.
