My name is Steven Shane Vicijcik (pronounced like Vih-shick), and I am 13 years old.  I live in Baltimore, Maryland, with my family.  I am in the seventh grade.

I also play Little League baseball.  I am one of the newer members of the "Rough Riders"; hopefully this year I can rescue them from another horrible season.  Last year they didn't win any games; they totally sucked, to put it mildly.  On the team, I pitch and I also pitch hit, but I can play any position.  I am very flexible.  :)

Last year, I played on their chief rivals, the Sharks.  Then I got smart because I saw that a lot of my fellow Sharks cheated, so I got out of that.  I didn't want to be involved in that, so I "defected" to the "Rough Riders".  :)

I have two brothers named Scotty and Simeon; they are 11 (Scotty) and 9 (Simeon).  In addition, I have two sisters:  Carey Rose (6) and Trinity Claire (3).  I'm the oldest Vicijcik child.  At times it's a pain because my brothers and sisters slow me up and at times they can be pains in my rear, as all little kids tend to be.  Complicating matters is the fact that Simeon has spina bifida and walks on crutches and wears braces on his legs; he's not the fastest thing on the planet.

When I am not playing baseball (or practicing; our season starts next month; right now it's just practice sessions), I like to read, watch tv, play soccer, swim, skateboard, hang out with my friends, rollerblade, snow board and snow ski, go tobagganing, and go to concerts (rock and roll).  I've seen The Rolling Stones, KISS, Jon Bon Jovi, and Metallica oodles of times, but my favorite group of all time happens to be the Rolling Stones.  They're really boss!!

I also like to go to church, but sometimes I like to sleep in on Sundays.  :)  We are Catholic.  We kids also go to catechism on Saturdays and have mass on Saturday nights and Sunday mornings.  Yet I'd rather sleep in; I can think of better ways to spend the weekends! :)
