Godmorgen!
My name is Tac Bjorn Olssen. I am 11 years old. I live in the Scandinavian country of Sweden; I live in the northern part (the Arctic Circle, where it is usually always cool to cold).
I have two younger sisters (Anika and Kirsten, who are nine and five) and a baby brother, Oskar, who is only two.
Mamma and Poppa live with us, too, as does our grandmother Ilsa, who is very old and bedridden. I get along with my family very well: we have always been very close.
I have a dog I have named Olaf. He is a dachshund. He has reddish-brown fur and is full of energy and life! I just love him so much! In addition, we have a Ragdoll cat who is very stupid: all she does is lie around and purr; she is the laziest thing! Her name is Gertie.
I am in my last year at primary school (year six). Next year, I will begin secondary school (year seven). I like school, don't get me wrong; but I would rather sleep in or play with my friends! I don't like getting up so early, especially in the winter, when it is always dark, with nothing but the aurora borealis lighting your way!
I like to do many things. I like to snow ski or snowboard (or go tobogganing) in the winter, and go swimming, go to the beach, or hang out with my friends in the warmer months of the year. I like to sing, read books (horror and mystery/suspense are my favourite!), and watch Talang (Sweden's Got Talent; it's a take-off on the show, America's Got Talent, which they show in the United States of America) and Swedish Idol on the telly (Swedish Idol is also another remake of a show in the United States; that one is called American Idol, and it is extremely popular). I am a very active, healthy boy.
When I grow up, I would like to go into the military, so I can help protect Sweden (or my family or possibly even the world!) and take care of my family. I love them all so much!
Well, I am going to go. Have homework to do. I hate homework, but it has to be done, without fail. I will write in here again; until then, this is Tac Olssen saying goodbye!
