Many times in my own life when I've been tempted to ignore a problem, and just go on as if it never existed, it continues to haunt me. I needed to trust the Lord. Before the Israelites could cross over Jordan on dry land, the priests first had to put their feet into the water. The waters were at flood stage. Without faith, I'm sure they felt their demise was eminent. Joshua 3:13 And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests who bear the ark of the Lord, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of the Jordan, that the waters of the Jordan shall be cut off, the waters that come down from upstream, and they shall stand as a heap. So many times, we too have to stick our feet in the water, knowing the Lord will be there to part the waters.
