IT was a calm beautiful night; nothing was different about it; but for reasons unknown to her, she just could not fall asleep. She just tossed and turn for awhile. As was her costume, if she couldn't sleep, she would reach for her bible and start reading the prophets.Tonight she turn to the book of Isaiah;

That prophet always calm her Spirit, and give her peace.By this time Mary was sound asleep in her room. After reading, Fine she thought, i will just go make myself a cup of tea. When suddenly, there was a flash of lightening! she close her eyes waiting for the  thunder that usually fallow lightening. After a few seconds, not hearing any thunder, she open her eyes.

She walked over to the window and looked outside; but the skies were blue, and the stars were twinkling, "not a sign of rain" She thought it was strange, but nevertheless she went towards the kitchen, to make her tea.

As she pass Mary's room, there was peculiar light shining in there; one that cast a glow all around the door. and as she approached, she could hear her say. How can this be possible; seen I have never known a man; thats "impossible" she hesitated long enough to hear a voice say,

You have been chosen by GOD to carry his Son; for you are Blessed and highly favored. In her reply Mary said "let it be done according to your Word". Feeling guilty of eves drooping, she continued on to make her tea; but those words continue to ring in her ears.Returning to her room, she sat on the bed thinking.

Very softly there came a knock on my door; come she said; and in walked Mary with the biggest smile on her face; she was beaming with joy. Mom! she said "you will not believe this". But an Angel just visited me, and told me that I am going to have a Son, And I should call his name "JESUS"for he will save people from their Sins.

She took her in my arms and hugged her; and calmly said yes Mary I believe you.  Your Father may not believe, our neighbors sure wont believe you, "OH my Lord Joseph!" He definitely will not believe.

But I truly believe you MARY because I am your (MOTHER)
