As the investigation continued in the disappearence of the house and the occupant of the house around the street however where the house was people started talking and putting the blame on others and that had to stop too so as the house's disappearence reach the President the President knew who was in the house .
 

' Now is then  not the time,' said the President as the President went on tv ,' Now is not the time to panic and an investigation has already started on what happened security in our city is going to heighten but do not panic ,everything will be alright .' The President continued to urge the public not to panic but remain calm and go about your business as usual and the President hope that would be enough .
 

Young Samantha watched the President and she knew the house that the President mentioned she used to walked down that street and talk to Katherine every morning and now her friend was gone . Samantha felt sad,who would take her friend ? Now she turned off the tv as her mother was calling her to dinner and she smiled as she started toward the kitchen area .Six o'clock it was and her mother was never late for dinner as long as she knew her too .

' Smells good mother,' Young Samantha sat down at the table watching her mother finish making dinner as her mother nodded to her .And now she took a deep breath as she sat down with her daughter something that she hadn't done in awhile either .
 

' You o.k. ? ' asked Samantha .
 

' Yes just concern a little bit about Katherine she was my friend to you know all those times i made her cookies,lets hope shes alright ,now eat your dinner I have a surprise for you .' her mother told her .She never wanted Samantha to worry more then she should or that it should be less painful for her because she too was young too ,life is a given how you handle life is what matters though .
 

Young Samantha did not like surprises ,not in the least .She thought of Katherine who was going to get the blame on this incident it happened right in the capital city and who was going to get the blame ? There in fact would be the blame those doing the blame and those that would take the blame .
 

But who was to blame ?
