     original characters not mine but
with the recent passing of Jack
Klugman I wanted to pay a little
tribute .

Thats it,thought Felix, everyday he had too clean
the apartment all because of Oscar his roommate
would never change, leaving his cigars everywhere
beer bottles open and emptied just the smell was
bad enough though .

' Wake up Oscar,' said Felix entering his room which
was bad enough on its own but he could not tell rather
or how his friend was ever laying, sometimes his feet
would be where his head should be .

Oscar moaned as he removed the covers his breath
was bad enough too,' I have too go shopping for this
week Oscar, too by the time I get back have at least
part of your room pick up, we're having company .'

' Whoa what company ,what are you doing to me now ?
asked Oscar trying to get out of bed but without any luck
and as Felix turned and left Oscar moaned again and he'd
stuck his tongue out at Felix .

After he laid back down Oscar started falling asleep there
he dreamt, in his dream it was Oscar who was the clean
one all the time and Felix the not so,he would get on his
case like Felix would but he wouldn't listen.

' Your a slob Felix I don't know why I put up with you.' He
told him always losing the argument though it seemed .

Felix behave here just like he did in real life, suddenly he'd
woke up,opening his eyes and saw his room still the mess
he left it in before Felix left ,he took a deep breath, they said
that in order to know a person you have to walk in the other
person's shoes ,Oscar just did .

Before Felix came back he was going to clean his room he'd
would show Felix he wasn't that bad as he claimed he was .
Felix returned and was really surprise when he found Oscar
sitting on his bed and his room was in fact cleaned .

' How ? ' asked Felix, not looking a gift horse in the mouth as
Oscar stood he grabbed the grocery bags from Felix and then
started out the room, he turned and smiled .

' Don't push it Felix,' said Oscar,' Let's just say I had a moment
of consciousness ,but only for a moment though .' He laughed
and started to the kitchen as he started whistling . Felix could
not beleve it still, but he never saw Oscar's room this clean in
fact he never did ,it was nice to see though .

end
