I fear that we may have bitten off more than we can chew in our war against the humans. The fight against the humans at the hospital has shown them to be a force to be reckoned with.

One in particular who wore a black uniform appeared to be stronger and faster than the other humans. I believe he was one of the human special force’s scouts.

The living dead or the “grays” as the humans call them are also more of a threat than we were led to believe. In numbers they can take us down.

I don’t know whether or not I will live to see the end of this war but I fear that this war will end badly for our kind. Even if we are not wiped from the face of the Earth I believe we will be near extinction when all is said and done.

Those among us who led the war effort against the humans have gotten what they wanted but I fear our elders were right about not breaking the Third Treaty of Versailles with the humans.

Well now it’s too late for fear or wondering. The Dead War has now been joined by vampires, humans, and the living dead.

I will do my part to if not win this war at least to stave off our extinction.
