The court was in order again, this time it was
about a clown name Ashere attack by midgets at
a local circus .As he sat in the witness box he
took a deep breath and looked at everyone then
the clown told his story.
He was walking home one night then carrying his suitcase of tricks he used for his acts as then
he was attack, he was almost home a trailer that
he used on the premise of the circus, he tried to
get up, he was being held by three midgets they
wanted his suitcase they were tired of playing
second fiddle to a clown,he fought bacl and lost
they took the suitcase they claim the clown had
kidnapped one of them and was holding him inside
the suitcase as hostage .
Then the midgets got up and together they opened
the suitcase as another midget fell out of it,the
judge saw this and ask the midget that fall out of
the suitcase how he got in there. He pointed too the clown and they saw the clown holding handcuffs
but he said that was for his act the midget showed
his wrists to the judge who saw markings on it .
Guilty told the judge to the clown who , then too suddenly then he then started telling jokes but the judge didn't like it and sentenced him life in
fact without being able to laugh.And what better in fact punishment was there then a clown that can
not laugh ,the midgets celebrated their win by all
of them going to see midget wrestling .
