My forehead started sweating but I couldn't help it it was my turn to guard it,we called it the Watch we were the people that made sure as long as the cross stood we will to, this was the same cross where Jesus Christ was nailed to and over time people had tried to take it down but we wouldn't allow it,it was a symbol and one that stood to the testimony of one man,Jesus and we weren't going to let nothing happen to it. We even build a forty foot high circular wall around it,one night it was my turn to guard it,but as then the night went on something happened,I felt hot and wanted to turn,in fact looking up I then saw the sun beating down on me,I'd started seeing delusions, images I didn't know what they were I fell to my knees I then was alright now but then that night as I turn to my room which was small only a bed existed in it I knelt before my bed taking a deep breath I pray. I slept but kept thinking about what happened to me but it was in fact what happened to Jesus then that bothered me . But I knew one thing all to well. The cross,no matter what it represented that had to be protected at all costs . It was the representation of all of humanity ,and with my life I pledge to protect it .end .
