There was a part of the citythen  that existed where it seemed that no one over the age ot wenty could passed,no one knew why or for what reason but it existed there and there were those that imvestigated why and still it existed it was the entrance to the city, So the populace of the city were young and yet it seemed one older as she was called was able to live in the city, her name was Anne and it seemed she was given the task of being the mother figure of the city someone everyone could look up too.

And one day their was a celebration of a family a family who had their first in the city, ' Sevum was his name .' They then had had called  him. Sevum was the child and last to be born of the city. As he then too grew up Sevum could not figure why except for Mother as they called her that there weren't any other older people there in the city or that none were allowed in the city, and the population of the city was always the same as well. He became a record keeper anything unusual or out of the ordinary in the city he would keep a log entry or record of it. And by then  time he was fifteen he had a hundred page record book as to the city itself,the people things that happen in the city. And yet as he would turn twenty one there was one thing that he saw,Sevum never saw that ever happen,though he was in fact glad it never did, he never saw anyone ever die here no one which confused him too. Sevum then began his own investigation into the city .A city he almost knew nothing about .
