Awne turned and as the sun set again he smiled each night as the sun set he would imagine his mother beside him because when he was younger he and his mother would sit on the front porch of their home after a hard days work and together silently they then to watch the sun set behind the trees off in the distance and smiled .Awne missed her he remembered the day she died reliving all of it that was one of the pluses he got from her a good memory recall. now Awne was only seven in Earth years in his people's age he would be twenty five .He was then an adult but with the mind and behavior of a teenager right now .His mother died in an air mishap as two air vehicles colliding as they were transporting citizens from one city to the next .His mother was dead almost instantly but it was accidental they investigated it said .Awne was sad sometimes but he was a writer so his writing would help him a lot get by and he even wrote a book about his mother and how she used too take care of him , Awne lived on a world called Harper's World,name after the alien that discovered it,Harper was tired of his world,crime rate was high,no one seem to like each other,wars in most part of the planet One day he took a rocket ship since he was then an astronaut and pilot of one anyways and pre program a flight plan in it , He took the rocket ship left the planet and never looked back the course he program into it took him deep into space out beyond the solar system and then to into uncharted space their his rocket ship crashed landed on the alien planet and Awne and his then people had discovered the rocket ship and even nursed Harper back to health ,Harper had lived with them,married one and had a son, his son in fact was Awne and Harper had died a year later .Awne indeed was his son .They had called it Harper's World and the only thing he didn't like was here on Harper's world was speed everyone was always in a hurry fast and faster and no one ever slowed down either . Harper's World
But then not slowing down pace of Harper's World came plus and minuses too.Yet there were fast moving vehicles and sidewalks,air pods they use and sky high a tube which extended from the ground to the sky and was stable all the time it was use to travel tools and machines to space so they could start construction on building pocketships and space stations weapons of all sort in space there were no legal boundary everyone got along there in fact existed a space station it was called Humanity,you see ten years earlier a scientist on Harper's World through a long range telescope found the Sol lll star system and Earth life signs were detected and radio signals could be heard as well. So a decision was reached and goal was made in fact contact with another species by the next time a new age would begin .The people had always believed they were better then anyone else stronger faster and invincible too . Harper's World was perfect almost too perfect some thought too,one day it would fail .
Awne was now older and in fact instead of failing Harper's World in fact became one of the most beautiful worlds in the universe and race after race from across the universe came too see it,one of these visitors was an alien name Sway and she met Awne on one of their visits and Awne because of his father became an emissary to Harper's World and in fact Awne and Sway had become romanically involved as well.
In fact on a late night dinner as Awne had come out of an then Emissary meeting Sway met him and both started out for a dinner together but they were unaware that they were being followed and that together as they were laughing and talking a lone figure continue too follow them staying in the shadows so no one could identify him. He was an ex lover to Sway and in the past year he had been following her as well. But their fights were well known on their world and others knew that their relationship wouldn't last.
Her ex lover was a military officer and on their world he knew everything about killing,weapons how to use them how to take down an enemy or a foe as it were .His name was Rau he was the best at what he did and she felt that but she hated weapons hated fights and arguments or any sort of violence .
Rau as far as war was concerned was the greatest hero on his planet but suddenly when Harper had appeared and became part of their planet he in fact acted like he was only second best at that .and he hated Harper but not to the point of killing him . Rau did kill in his life time but only just too protect himself his army his world his people,he would do whatever it took.
Awne knew only little of Harper as he died or so he was told he had died but no one ever saw the body of Harper there was never any burial or funeral and sometimes Awne missed him ,he felt alone too . Awne saw his life and what it was before and what it was too come on other planets it was called ESP or extra sensory perception seeing the future and as the ratings went Awne's was high indeed , see the future but never had told anyone about what he saw and yet he always then asked,' What would Harper do? How would Harper cope with a situation like this .
But Awne knew he had to continue this was his life his world his very own existence and yet he did not want to leave Sway the only bright part of his life he had now and both were happy . Yet something seemed not right in fact even the futures he saw something didn't make sense too Awne and he never told anyone either . One future could not be right the other wrong .
Awne had no idea what to do next but he kept going anyways.
