Jeff decided to honed his skills this time by taking them out on his family and just when he had enough or couldn't take no more of the blood and guts he in fact seemed to enjoyed more especially to his father .

The first he kidnapped was his niece who was only nine and usually took walks by herself to attract boys on her street and she turned walking home again He knew her habits as well as everyone else's habits and traits and he knew how much time he would have or how  much threshold of pain someone could take especially the younger ones who seemed not to like pain.
 

Jeff always had his tools and saws ready so as when he got back with his next victim he would be ready to go to work and damn he was right,then as he drove his truck around he saw the girl walking trying to show off her body as boys looked on, suddenly as she was about too tyrn he pulled up beside her smiling he asked if she wanted a ride home he knew that would worked .
 

Jeff did not take her home she ask him why,he grabbed her putting a rag in her mouth telling her she better do what he said,she sat bext to him as he drove down the road again then making a left then a right then miles away from the city he stopped in a deserted area where an old factory was then abandoned by the workers and he found it using it for his pleasures as well.
 

They entered the factory as Jeff walked her down several cob web then filled  and dusty corridors going down into the factory the smell of death was everywhere but his niece gave up struggling as he finally stop,here it was an old torture chamber he set up and even had a rack or two,on one of these he place his niece as he started taking off her clothes , she then too wanted to scream but couldn't,her eyes wide open with fear as she couldn't stop Jeff from doing whatever he was planning too.
