It seems that these guy's or specifically Phil may have had a Freudian slip, or simply just spoke his mind.

This story is really a surprise ... whoa it's hard to believe that racism still exist in America... hmmm excuse me how long was Mandela in prison ... tell me again... what .... oh never mind.. after all he was in South Central LA ... wait I mean South Africa... what was I thinking? Certainly not the fact that we are a world community or something like that....cause that would be ridiculous? Anyway that Mandela thing was in South Africa and count them 27 years ago... no he served 27 years... whatever, it was obviously just an isolated incident... and had nothing to do with anyone having a misguided or being of a predisposed disposition, did it?
What did Phil say anyway... wait let me go look it up, after all I as a black man, I have to go look for racism.... I certainly haven't found it as I've looked for a job for TWO YEARS....or that I applied for jobs which were full time and even part time janitors and/or parking lot attendants? These were jobs I apparently weren't qualified for? Those 20 to 25 years experience I had as an multi million dollar inventory control agent, and customer service representative, where I critically managed stock, and materials, fielded various calls, speaking and representing fortune 500 companies, accessing multiple computer programs, coordinated ever changing task, duties,and assignments, producing daily reports, participating in annual inventories, checking, updating assuring realtime information, on not only actual availabilities but specific locations, while stringently following policies and procedures, constantly advising main warehouses and subsequent locations, working firsthand with salespersons, customers and staff, involved at times in multitasking over 10 locations... was simply no preparation for the kind of work one might do as a parking lot attendant or a janitor.... I know I have experience at both of those positions too.
So whatever Phil said, who knows maybe he was on point? But in keeping with the default mindset of possibly making a decision about someone he or I have never met individually and don't know specifically, and since he and I can still draw a conclusion anyway.... I'll just make my mind up, without benefit of having actually read the article or comments, I know Phil will understand......
So while I would have normally included the link to the story below, I thought ... why bother, you don't have to read it, you can just assume ... you can just jump to a conclusion, as Phil and I and so many others may have.
Hmmm I wonder what the Kardashian's are up to this week? BTW now there is a group of people that are definitely not prejudice!!!!

Aside from this is an article in the stories section, your points are well taken.
Not every poor boy from Louisiana with a hobby making duck calls can turn it into a multimillion dollar business and then top that off with a top rated cable show that is about as inane as it can get with lots of propped up humorous stuff to keep the audience laughing (like the countless sitcoms with laugh tracks or "live" audiences for a laugh a minute for a half hour or an hour… All keeping us sedated in our silent majority hard-working, nose to the grindstone, lives.
That does not give him the right to get on his soapbox and announce his own opinions as though they were fact and expect the audience to bow down like they do to his "show." In this case, he out trumped the Donald in arrogance, ignorance, and stupidity.
