One day as he was sitting on his front porch, Steven Ham had discover he turned old,he had been coughing for awhile now so there was nothing the doctors cfould do about that,but he just saw that it was his seventh birthday and he was not happy at all

About this time however Jonah Ex had just come into town, he was not your ordinary man to say the least,in fact Jonah laughed when he remembered what it was like to be a man ,in fact it had been three hundred years since he was one,you see Jonah was a vampire,but your ordinary run of the mill kind,Jonah helped others that needed it .
 

He would offer those that were dying or sick a chance to be better and live forever,however Jonah would not do it in the usual sense of the word by biting someone on the neck he would give a portion of his blood to those willing to pay for it . He would then watch them drink it to be sure . 
 

So as Jonah on this day made his way around this city,he came upon the house of Steven Ham and sat with him on the front porch trying to come up with ways to convince Steven to buy his blood .So he offered the same too Steven as he sat there coughing, Steven loved the idea of not coughing any more,having trouble waking up every day have family members come by each week to see if he's still alive,Steven ask how much to Jonah, Jonah being the kind vampire he was seeing and realized that Steven wouldn't have much time left made him a deal. A deal he would not do just for anyone but it seemed Steven would sooner then most wouldn't have a choice .
 

Jonah  remembered when he used to be ill but hadn't been since he was a vampire and lived through history as well. ' O.k. Mr. Ham, I then believe you haven't much choice or wait so I'll let you have for half of what I then too  usually offer then too someone,instead of a thousand why not five hundred .Deal ? ' Steven thought about his offer,not to live with any more pain, no more visits from the family nagging him asking him if he was alright too. And too live forever,some offer . 

Steven coughed again as he considered the alternative and yet he had thought at one time or another about what immortality would be like, but then again,who didn't . Steven looked around seeing his neighbors in their daily affairs going to and fro and yet he wondered how long it be .
