On  his way  then  a meeting of all Deputies from around the world in Hawaii one Barney Fife was on then too an airplane too try and   joined the convention there as well when suddenly something happened a storm appeared suddenly and a lightning bolt struck the plane,it went down in the ocean crashing killing everyone on board,except one,Barney Fife ,only on instinct Barney stayed a float swimming with everything he had, suddenly he saw a shore and then he swam too it .

Upon then reaching shore Barney checking his gun and hat look around he saw a lagoon, a beach and palm trees, no life signs,he saw some birds and a squirrel or two,but that was it,checking to see how many bullets he had left Barney walked the island,suddenly he saw Gilligan fishing and was having a time reeling the fish in .
 

' Let me help,' cried Barney stepping closer to Gilligan who akwardly tried to hand the fishing pole to Barney,thinking he was the Skipper and then he had suddenly realized Barney was a stranger .
 

Wrestling on who would get the fishing pole both stumbled their own feet and fell ,the pole being pulled toward the lagoon,it was too late .' I'm sorry mister,' said Gilligan as he wiped his uniform cleaned from the sand .He looked around hoping someone else was nearby ,thought of yelling then for help he thought better of it .

Barney then nodded thanking Gilligan,then picking up his head he asked the young man where he was,' We don't know either theres actually seven of us, we were on a three hour tour and were hit by a storm, a big one.'
 

' I think then you better make it eight, I've lost too.' said Barney.Gilligan decided to take Barney and show him to the others Barney then followed him not sure what to make of everything yet,he should be in Hawaii by now in fact listening to the convention and about the top ten most wanted list they were suppose to talk about .
 
When they got to the clearing where the huts were Gilligan introduced everyone to Barney and he didn't know how to react seeing all yjese men and women stranded on an island,he thought if Sheriff Andy Taylor heard by now of the plane crash he would sent out an investigation to see if he was still alive or not,but from a report that Andy got from Hawaii officials there were no sirvivors at all. The plane totally wreck.
