The sky then roared with thunder and lightning,the storm would last for days but no one knew why or for what reason at all. When it was over the world then changed,instead of people being the dominant species on the planet the undead were,zombies were now the head species . 

Then the  boy then screamed but Slack ignored him as he gnawed on the boy's arm, his was the first time all night that Slack then ate,this was the night for them,the night of the zombies,it was called Night of the Gathering as zombies came out on one night and ate human flesh, Slack was one of the first zombies to come out because his hunger alone drove him out .

Others were out then too  like Killdozer and Twister and even females with their young were out feeding,trying to teach their children to eat human flesh ,it was not as easy as it looked ,First then the  young would reject the taste of the flesh,watching their parents eat first . Then they would eat only afterwards .You see then too the yoiung don't start out like their adults do,they start weak and frail needing their parents or older adults to help them, but when they started they to were an unstoppable force,Humans were few here and because of a war they destroyed their own making it easier for zombies to rise and in fact take over the planet now . 
 

Slack then continue too gnaw on the boy then too as the boy continued screaming too It was Night of the Zombies and they crushed anything in their way . Even then the  young started to be more hostile and angered filled their own behavior . In a few hours then the  night would end but not soon enough for the Humans ,
 
One particular zombie then had a disdain for human flesh,,her name was Woodchuck, she rather eat zombie flesh then humans and she had an affinity for fruits of any kind, especially apples or grapes were her choice too eat ,as she watch the other zombies Woodchuck started too then  even hate being a zombie,sometimes she wished she was still normal . As then much as possible then Woodchuck tried not too associate with  or bother the rest of her kind as much as she could .Woodchuck knew in fact she was one of a kind, a rare case as to zombie existence was .
 

No one knew why then Woodchuck dislike human flesh . Woodchuck never even mated during her life she too was a loner which was also unusual for a zombie too. Still she was a zombie and she was treated
like one .
