my version of Indiana Jones but as a woman .

Then the  world changed,as far as I knew it it suddenly changed,it weasn't the world I had remembered it . I had fallen and I remember fallen off a high cliff or an edge of a raven or something because as I fell I looked up and there was this edge of a mountainside decorated with rocks and trees ,behind or to either side of these stood people, people like you never seen before .

I didn't at least ,not until then anyways . They were small ,not like dwarfs or hobbits or midgets they were small but they were muscularity built too ,they used bow and arrow as weapons as far as I notice and never spoke but  in fact they yelled a lot though .

Fallen I knew that one day I might die like this, being a digger as the term was use now,I dug for old things, cities, artifacts and the like, anything old or ancient .

Thats  what I did it was my life, and I was a woman too thankyou, not to many female diggers I assure you, especially here in the twenty-second century ,We have come a long way you see . Women's lib and all. I know.

I was Diane,Diane Lane .

to be continued .
