His skin then was none,he had none,the experiment went wrong,they wanted a person to be stronger faster then they were,but instead as they added yet another formula it made someone invisible

And then he had immunity too so if he got in any trouble with one country the other will back him up .Still  he had to be careful, being invisible didn't mean you were safe or undetectable it meant you could go where others might not be able too.
