     original,my 1300 story,

Now my 1300 story on Authors Den.
-------------------------------------------------

Investigating the house I looked into
all information that was available too
me now,ghosts or hauntings indeed.

Until I entered that house I never had
believed in such things until I opened
that door slowly, taking a deep breath
and stepped to inside the house, those
that had lived here ran for their lives on
the very last day of their stay here.

As they were eating supper suddenly
moaning could be heard, creaking of a
door opening too as well, rain pounded
the house which didn't help matters .

I for one was a believer of the living not
the dead, at least not until that cold and
raining night as I started moving around
the house I had bought with me a back
pack which I carried my tools and also
equipment needed to investigate such
matters and I investigated alone for fear
of having different views of a subject too.

The house was rather old, families then
had lived in it, recently a family of four .

And they ran for their lives.

I placed my things in the master bedroom
and waited til the storm passed, storms did
not bother me but I like to investigate both
inside and outside of a house .

Papers too were left everywhere, dust never
cleaned off, even outside the lawn areas in
fact never cut or kept up.What happened ?

As the last raindrop fell I decided to sleep for
a hour or two since I had a long flight here too
anyways ,if there were any ghosts they would
be here night or day.

So as I laid down I closed my eyes but not in
fact before I turned and thought I saw looking
through the bedroom window a head, just that
no body or neck, just a head,I shook my head
everything had an explaination he thought,no
matter what,I slipped out of bed, putting those
slippers my wife bought me and to my green
robe .Reaching for a small hand held latern I
bought once and a gun I always carried , then
I walked closer to the window examining it at
all corners, there was nothing there .

Probably my imagination,I was tired after all.

I kept lights on all night, not because I needed
them on, after all I was a grown man and fear
was not going to bother me now .

The night continued .

Suddenly the moaning was back, this time it
was louder, since I was not going too sleep I
decided to start my investigation.

I followed where the moaning was coming
from and suddenly as I stepped outside the
bedroom, I stepped into a small hallway that
divided rooms and the house together too.

I headed down the small hallway and then as
I stopped in front of a bathroom door there was
a terrible smell or odor .It to was coming inside
the bathroom, bad smell ,terrible and strong ,in
fact I would compare it to a skunk, but a lot then
stronger smell then that .

I took a deep breath and reach for the door.

end.
