The rolling clouds came in upon us early this year as we were getting ready for the winter season ,even Ben the grizzly bear was helping

We made a log fire in the fireplace and sat rather comfortably there,usually I don't let a big grizzly stay inside but even Ben could not stand the cold and temperatures that were going to drop to be sure.With the rain that came the cold would soon follow and snow and I do mean snow,out here in the wilderness anything was possible and usually was too. I had gone into town earlier that week and bought new books that were publish by some rather interesting writers.They were rather thick books so it would take me awhile to read,it was good because once snow fell you could be stuck inside where your at for quite awhile to .As the fire burned Ben got comfortable while I made me hot coffee at least I still remember to cook well. Even out here.' Comfortable Ben,' I said sitting down in my chair Ben just slowly closed his eyes and slept,he'll be that way for awhile too. I open my new book to page one and got comfortable too. The rains started as did the thunder,' Here it comes.' And with the storms approaching there are always the presence of your nerves working overtime,no matter how big,how small you are nerves will get you in the end,as I started reading the book I turn,thought it was Ben, decided to turn in myself,the fire burn steady in the fireplace,I
kept an eye on it though,as I climbed into bed I felt something move underneath the covers,it was one of Ben's friend,a raccoon that stayed from time to time ,he jumped out of the bed and out of the window,I took a deep breath,nerves,I climbed into bed too,looking at the big grizzly bear next to me,nothing could disturb him,nothing,unless he was hungry of course.end?
