 Glory, Glory!

My Exile Home is Guantanamo 

Praise, Praise, Alleluia 

I lay my burden at your prison wall!

I sing a liturgy of your captives

As I lay my burden down. I 

Have de-cluttered the baggage from my attic!

I carry  bones of the saints

Crossover the water to lay our burdens down 

At the foot of Jacob's ladder in Cuba Guantanamo!

Thank God for this ritual creation at the 

Wall of Guantanamo 

Hello Good bye to the memories of the men 

Of this Gideon's tale in Cuba!

I have entered the circle! 

I have witnessed. 

I have asked for forgiveness and Mercy.

Companeros I am born again today in the company 

of the betrayed and rejected prisoners of Guantanamo!

A promise has been made. The covenant has been broken. 

The enemy has come. A judge is raised up. The captives are set free.

The promise is redeemed. The people are vindicated!
