The Happy Pill

BREAKING -- FAKE  BEDTIME STORY

In a quaint little town of Little Hands, a man made his living by making what he called “happy  pills” for the local residents. His pills, containing the illegal drug oxy-clowning,  made everyone happy and easy to get along with. No one argued and everyone obeyed everything he said because they didn’t want to lose him OR the little happy pill. He was praised by so many, that word got out to neighboring towns, and low and behold, they all wanted the happy pills. His message of “let’s make everyone happy again” went viral and his happy pills were selling all over the world. No one questioned that the ingredients were illegal and he became the richest man in the world. No one questioned that the death rate among men, women, children, and new born babies, went up by 45 percent around the world. It made no difference to anyone anymore. They just wanted the happy pill. 

….. And everyone died happily ever after.
