Hindsight in history, urban history. Squatters Rights denied in NOLA Afro-American male Mark Mariel receives top honors.

Reclamation in history: Irish Catholic Publishing awards Mayor Mark Mariel its top "Courage Profile" award. Is there a counter Lenin's sealed train to the Finland station? After Mark Mariel knocked out the Squatters Rights people and foreclosed vacancies in NOLA I tried to visit his office. The elevator to his office has been sealed and bomb proofed!

Mayor Mark Mariel in hindsight is America's leading Afro-American mayor.
