In the Southwest if you try interfering with the arrest of a young person, immigrant, you can be charged with obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting and harboring a fugitive,

I overheard from a border guard police officer out of Texas. I haven’t killed someone for a while. There is a young Hispanic youth playing ball with a stick. The border patrol officer goes over to the youth and talks with him briefly. Then he takes his stick and breaks his neck with it. The youth falls dead to the ground.
