Now in examining the types of Visas that are used in the United States we note below their variety.

Here are they are in detail below:

Visas might be granted because:

You have a relative here
You have an employer or a corporation which sponsors you and require your skills which no American can supply
You might have been chosen in a visa diversity lottery,
You have at least $500,000 to invest in the United States,
You are a refugee and/or seeking asylum here,
You have been a continuous resident since 1972
You have a CIA sponsor for your visa application.

Now with our immigration policy, we propose that one half of the immigrant’s salary up to $15,000 go back to relatives in their home countries,
Note the broad outlines of something like this is more or less in place, under H2 or employment type visas above.
The rich do this currently.
They bring in or sponsor individuals upon whom Silicon valley depends.

They want their H2 visas and want them expanded.
This idea would now include regular immigrants with a middle class sponsor and other Americans.
This would solve the immigrant issue.

Other immigrants could also come in through family, and or as investors with more than $500,000 to invest.

Thus, with these changes our immigrant problem would be solved and they would become an asset.
How long would they stay?

Those are details that could be worked out, and could be done on an individual family basis.


Types of immigration

U.S. immigration legislation in the Immigration and Nationality Act[18] (INA) stipulates that a person may obtain permanent resident status primarily through the course of the following proceedings:[19]

· immigration through a family member

· immigration through employment

· immigration through investment (from 0.5 to 1 million US dollars)

· immigration through the Diversity Lottery

· immigration through refugee or asylum status

· immigration through "The Registry" provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act [Continuous resident of of the United States since 1972]

· immigration approved by the Director of Central Intelligence.
