Third Year in row there has been identity theft, fraud and Minority and senior targeting victim hood at the downtown YMCA in St. Paul. This is the second year in a row there has been pepper gas and horse soldiers used on or against attendees at the Cinco De Mayo events in West St. Paul. I have previously filed an identity theft and locker sabotage rage case with Attorney John Choi and the St. Paul, Mn police department. I have been told I, Patrick ODougherty, would be compensated for these rage experiences for example while I was working on the Hillary Clinton Campaign and the Obama campaign but I have not received compensation for stolen passport and media identification. I have identity theft insurance.
