Mike Turpin, Attorney, People Inc. This is the 3rd year in a row at the time of Artability and the Elections My YMCA Lockers have been sabotaged and items stolen without any notice and typically after hours when the managers are not on duty. I have filed this case with Attorney John Choi’s office and with the St. Paul Police. You have to file a police report to file for reimbursement on your tax forms. I have paid for Identity theft insurance with Lexington a Law. My passport books clothing and art works have been criminally stolen. When I bring this up to the staff it is like they mockery laugh in your face. Locker items are supposed to be held for the members with the option for reimbursement. My items are not held. My passport and id’s have been taken. These are time consuming and expensive to replace. I have asked for a change in management. This looks like a deliberate attempt to under cut management. The elevators my also have been sabotaged at the downtown YMCA. Many businesses in the area have closed or moved, for example, Cray Research and Subway. 

This is the 2nd year in a row the Cinco Da Mayo attendees have been pepper sprayed and faced the horse soldiers just for having lunch at Boca Chica. Would you understand this?
