Portals began opening. A rapid distortion of space-time had again given the old-world gods free access to a corrupted Earth. Yawning from eons of slumber, Mnemosyne - Titan of Memory and Mother of Muses - arose from the crystalline-waters of Oceanus. Only once before in human history had the whole of creation been spellbound with an event such as this…

Silently, the heavens watched as the Fallen Ones were granted access, one last time, through inter-dimensional vortexes. With reticence, Artemis emerged first and, after pulling back her bow, she let loose twelve silver arrows. Three flew to the East, three to the West, three to the North, and three to the South.

The universe thundered in rejoinder, and then fell silent.

Around Artemis, Fire-Horses, Centaur’s, Nephilim, genetic aberrations, and all accurst creatures, (relegated to mythology for millennia) appeared and assumed their end-time roles; it would be an antediluvian deception. Prometheus knew once (the secret) that the fallen angel Zeus had no control over his wanton lusts. He knew, too, the names of the women Zeus would seduce; Thetis, Europa, Leda, Metis, and Dione. For this reason, Zeus chained Prometheus in the Caucasius’ where an Eagle would feed on his liver each day, and each night it would be renewed.

Prometheus’ suffering was endless.

Empowered by the event; Artemis silenced the dark celebration, and with a wave of her hand, she ordered Earth’s moon to retreat. With a sullen aspect moon turned crimson and departed…

“COME FORTH!” Artemis cried out, motioning towards the north.

At once, Athena sprang unchallenged from behind Saturn, and waved her hands across the heavens. Commanding Mars to restore an ancient geo-synchronous orbit with Earth; she turned then to the virgin-goddess Hestia and taunted her.

“Show it again if you are able.”

With alarming precision Hestia answered. Alarmingly… to the dismay of all earthly naysayers, the massive 9th planet entered the solar system once again, as celestial bodies and constellations performed the showdown between Hestia’s brother Zeus, and their aging father Cronus. Zeus defeated Cronus. And after drawing lots with his brothers – Poseidon and Hades – Zeus was granted supreme ruler of the pantheon of gods.

On the Earth a gate was opened, and abominations flooded out. Sneering now, the ‘despot of the underworld’ turned menacingly towards an underling…

“What has been will be once again.” He hissed. “There is nothing new under the sun. First… false peace, and then destruction is coming upon the earth. We shall incarcerate billions on the wings of vain free-thinking. Their imaginations will be seared, and their hearts will become like flint. I will make their choices easy. They will think that I am The Light. They will do what Perdition commands them. Then, they will worship ME, not HIM! A great delusion will come upon them, and those that choose the mark will corrupt their image and they will forever be cast out.”

The imp cringed and cried out. “This is not the Truth, or the Way, of the Most High master.”

Despot shot back laughing. “TRUTH?! Their truth will be what they choose to believe. And many will be forever cursed from their damnable choices. Because of ignorance all these delusional free-thinkers will die the second death and be mine forever.”
