Because there are different ethnic groups and beliefs in this country as well as around the world, there are diverse cultures and modes of thinking. Just as you wouldn’t go to a dinner party and direct the host as to how you would like for him to act at his own show and expect to get invited back and your host is too gracious not to say politely don’t come back, you wouldn’t impose on literally thousands of years of heritage and culture to tell other people what they should do or how they should live and expect to be taken seriously.
The main thing among different cultures is grooming. Some cultures are emphatic about it , some not so much . Capitalists insist on it and staple grooming as being at your best personally. This can be a stepping stone especially for girls when the cultures live in the same areas and you bring what your upbringing is with you to social areas. Some boys go through the rituals of manhood at church such as at coming of age ceremonies. Some boys believe manhood rituals occur in the “alley.” So girls with contrary upbringings face many difficult obstacles. The main one being this one is not good enough for this that or the other reason so OK she’s a “ally” girl. Of course that’s only one set of beliefs and it doesn’t represent the beliefs of everyone in particular the labeled “ally” girls and the females who sired and raised them. In some cultures clean hair is a must. And because the hair is always clean the nails are always clean. For girls who prefer to wear their hair dirty because oiliness while it attracts and traps dirt in the scalp and caused problems like dandruff etc. , it is a deterrent to arrogant boys with all the wrong ideas about life , girls , and everything else. My thing is career girls. Everyone has to earn a living. When they’re working in the public eye no one really knows whether they wash their hair 24/7 but good grooming includes clean nails. To keep nails clean , using chlorine bleach or peroxide or other extringents on a regular basis keeps the fingernails clean and germ free. I recommend washing the hands with peroxide two or three times a day whenever you think about it. When washing out a few necessities I might add bleach to the water. Chlorine really won’t burn the skin if it is diluted in water and rinsed off immediately after washing with clear cold water. For those females who are into the braided look or hair extensions , washing the hair often with the extensions and braids in and letting the hair air dry is a good way to have a clean hair look . Those of us who prefer to perm our hair will often opt for dirtier hair less the dandruff and oil buildup that gets trapped in the pores by sprinkling peroxide on the styled hair before going out to greet the day of work . Spray bottles are inexpensive and easy to find. Peroxide can be diluted and utilized every morning or before going to work to ensure a positive experience of being well groomed hence well prepared for your day at work .
