Fun High School Dating Memories involving the "Submarine Races" and attending a New Orleans Saints Game at the ole Tulane Stadium - tied to The Beatles "Drive My Car" song!

I remember going on a high school date with Beth to a formative Saints Game at Tulane Stadium where the old 'Aints first played - and she let me drive her big Continental.
Beth and I left the game early after half-time, with the Bless You Boys already behind by 3 touchdowns - like many of us did back then when we were only dreaming of ever winning a playoff.
When we got to Beth's car, it was very tightly sandwiched between two other cars and we thought that we would have to wait a long time.
Well, after listening to many 60's hits on WTIX and probably enjoying the "submarine races," as we used to say back then about smooching, I must've pulled back and forth at least 100 times and finally was able to pull away after gently bumping the cars.
It was so cool to then hear Baby You Can "Drive My Car" by The Beatles being played from their Rubber Soul LP as we drove off down South Claiborne Ave!
That was a cool memory and an interesting coincidence.
Forgot this morning even though I got a reminder on my computer, forgot to tell her, "Baby, please drive my car." She exercises my van every Sunday since I no longer drive it. And I remember driving my cousin's 1965 Continental for her all the way to her beach house in Santa Cruz, but she was 40 years my senior, and made a rather odd pair when we entered bars together. ;-)
