Answer to who is wearing the white dress or male outfit?
Gaze up, look down are they all around? Advanced galactic beings light years away from planet earth observe with the ongoing knowledge about God, genesis and death. They acknowledge some humans have had omnipresent visits by their deceased loved ones. Other than that spiritual phenomenon, evolution replenishes the earth without the need to keep the dead alive. Earth demonstrates humans reciprocating life achievements and conversely primordial territorial acts of annihilation. The latter noticeably gives rise to hover longer over those behaviors. Is truth perfection or mostly how the individual perceives reality?

A human standing on the patio gaze up in awe, frantically videotaping the suspected hovering extraterrestrial vehicle (ETV) while beings mutually gazes down at the neighborhood. Seconds later the ETV darts away to find a seclusive area where beaming down 10 passengers would be free of human interception. Those drop-off beings are outcasts defined as imperfects who cause degradation to their species and/or planet. They have been performing these castaway beam landings since they observed earthlings exile their prisoners even before the British shipped theirs to Colonial America. A logical reenactment because the imperfects can’t return to Zeta Reticuli from earth, which has yet invented spacecraft motion by repelling gravity. In addition, human evolution has a long way to go before attaining Zeta beings' truth. At Earth’s evolutionary timeline humans' destructive behavior is still accepted to degrees, with the greater mandated by a penal code in progress. Earth is a well-suited planet to drop off imperfects.

Inside the drifting ETV a selected chart lights up cemeteries, abandoned and low traffic buildings, empty houses and apartments in their vicinity. It was daylight, so the extraterrestrial crew chose a cemetery seeing that sunshine whites out the craft and beam. The ETV cloaked in the lowest cloud while the 10 outcasts formed a tight circle over the closed floor compartment in anticipation for descent. They all resembled what humans have commonly described as about 4-feet tall, gray skin, skinny arms and legs, large pear-shaped head, black, big almond-shaped eyes and a mini nose and mouth. Their skin is their main source of gas intake and converts gases into sustainable life energy. A crew member activates the landing beam, the 10 transportees demolecularize into the descending light. On the ground they maintain their transparency as they scatter to find shelter. Some maintain groups, others run solo. Anger and or fear hasn’t set in yet as they flow into headstones and mausoleums.

Daylight faded to dusk on that summer day when four high schoolers parked at the greys’ landing cemetery lot. The teenagers got out of the car swaggering along until they reached the open gates where darkness was now before them. Their stature changed to military attention, and copying the first kid who touched his cell phone flashlight on. Huddled comments of encouragement to move forward were whispered among themselves and so they entered. Walking in unison as if glued together on alert not to stub the other’s shoe. The greys were watching them from the time they had exited the car. One was sharing mental telepathic thoughts to approach the earthlings for help with an explanation. Feedback was all for go. The worst imperfect offender, but the bravest of the bunch was ousted because it fabricated a non-biodegradable object. So Intrepid repeatedly rubbed against the mausoleum’s glass part of the lighting fixture until sufficient static electricity built up to shift-change into a girl __ harmless enough. Greater amounts of electricity were concentrated on the face and less for the eyes since white eyes weren’t human-like and black eyes could only be noticeable close-up. Long-sleeved floor length dress eliminated the need for legs. The amount of electricity that was transferred from the glass was limited to displaying black and white. Intrepid floated through the mausoleum wall stopping far enough not to startle the teenagers. It taps on a headstone gesturing humor at the thought not to startle. One boy questioned excitedly if anyone heard tapping. The teenager answered it was probably her knees since she is creeped out. He shook his head and pointed in the direction of the noise. Straining to see 100-feet ahead using their cell phones’ lights was a thing peering out from behind the headstone. Two couldn’t scream from paralytic fear and the other two cursed loudly. Still at a stiffened standstill, they stared at the marker waiting for verification. They heard help me in a girl’s voice as Intrepid floated into view and repeated the words. Their response was screams and yelling incoherent descriptions of seeing a footless floating girl with black hair wearing a white dress. The last word yelled was car. They took off towards the parking lot [like foxes at the sound of hounds.] Intrepid signaled his imperfect companions to demolecularize and follow the humans into their car. Logan sharply turns in reverse then squeals tires in drive out of the lot carrying 4 humans and 10 extraterrestrials. They were interrupting each other chattering about the ghost, while one rubbed his forearms remarking that his arm hair was standing on end. Shortly after, his friends were dropped off at their homes and the driver clueless the greys were heading home with him. Inside his foyer Logan ran up the stairs and the greys deliberately sunk down to the basement.

Next morning at 8:00 A.M. Logan woke to a pressure felt on his shoulder. He rubbed it and couldn’t recall hurting it last night. The pressure let up followed by a stronger one. He abruptly sat up and looked around the empty room. Running to his parents’ room, he briskly opened their door to find them sleeping. He violently shook his father awake. His mother’s sleepy eyes opened halfway. Logan started telling his ghostly experience without pausing to take a deep breath all the way through to this morning’s event. By then his father had sat up in bed leaning his back against the headboard. First question was if his son was on any drugs with long lasting effects, which was answered in a frustrated negative. After that, his father resonated uh-huh. Logan’s mother reminded him it was early Sunday morning as she turned to her side to fall back to sleep. He flopped his arms to his side and headed downstairs to the kitchen.

While eating his breakfast he felt like he was being watched with his arm hair now standing on end. By now the 10 greys have piled into the kitchen. Logan sharply turned his head to where he thought he saw a white mist. Loudly, he asked if the mist was the ghost girl at the cemetery and he heard no, then Williams sounded. Logan anxiously called his friend Michael from last night. Michael answered in a calm voice since he could hear his friend breathing heavily. He told him that he thinks the girl ghost followed him home, but now he calls himself by my last name, Williams. After Michael used every foul word he knew, he told Logan to ask him what it wanted and to keep him on the call. The answer came back Ouija. Since Logan didn’t have one Michael offered to text his friends and regardless if didn’t get one, he’d be right over. Logan thought it best to take this encounter up in his room. Demolecularized greys followed him up to the top stair where Logan called out to his dad that he thinks he was talking to his dead father. His dad heard that in his waking stupor and commented to his wife that he swears teenagers teeter on the insanity line. Shaking his head, he told his son to say hi for him. Before long Logan let Michael in the front door who is holding a Ouija board. In his room Logan asked if he was his grandfather. The pointer moved to yes. The greys mentally telepathized why the misinformation. Intrepid telepathized back, aliens! Logan’s parents will have him on psychotropic drugs and the media will crowd their front yard. Let him think we’re ghosts even though there is no such thing, this way it won’t delay our departure. Logan asks again what does he want. The pointer spelled out Cape Canaveral AFS Launch 46. Michael raised his voice saying they can’t do that with an added expletive. One of the greys emitted laser burns across Michael’s back, which he rubbed soothingly and asked Logan to check his back. His back showed 3 reddened stripes across his skin, which Logan let him know the ghost scratched him. Intrepid telepathized to the offender that wasn’t necessary with a response of it should be ashamed of itself. Scared Michael became silent prompting Logan to say thank goodness you died before I was born, knowing now you’re a mean grandpa, then he asked why that place. Ouija board spelled out nostalgic place to crossover to life beyond. Michael covered his mouth and mumbled 2 ½ hours away. Then the pointer began to move again noting, now. Logan exhaled deeply and stated that he needed proof so he should appear before them. If he did, he would do anything to help him. Intrepid rubbed on the bedroom area rug enough times to accumulate static electricity to shape fog into an old man wearing a white shirt, black tie and faded black trousers. Logan jumped back wide-eyed and felt for his cell phone, tapped the screen and swiped left for the camera application and took a photo of the old ghost man the whole time keeping his glaring eyes on the subject. When the shape disappeared, Logan gave a get up nudge to Michael who was still gazing at the area where the grandpa had appeared. They left the bedroom to the parents’ hallway surrounded by demolecularized greys. Logan knocked this time; he informed his parents that they were going to drop off grandpa at Cape Canaveral. His father repeated Logan's words. Michael blurted that Logan took a photo of his grandpa’s ghost, so he showed them the image. His mother giggled and his father suggested that he should admit that he manipulated the photo of someone to look like an apparition or he needs to see a psychiatrist if he thinks ghosts are real. With that the greys looked at Intrepid in agreement about what would happen if the boy was thought to have communicated with an extraterrestrial. Then the father went on to tell the boys the image they used wasn't even his father. Logan agreed to everything he said and told them they’ll be home in 5 hours. At the car Logan and Michael awkwardly paused taking turns opening doors to let in an invisible passenger until Intrepid pulled Michael’s shirt inward from within the car. All the imperfects had gone through the vehicle’s exterior body before the doors had opened.

Three quarters of the way to their destination, Logan had to go to the restroom and Michael offered to get them a snack. At the next gas station when Logan got out, he left his phone inside the cell phone mount with the navigator application open which drew the attention of one of the imperfects who suggested they take a photo of themselves for the boy’s keep sake. Three of them concurred and Intrepid moved to the driver’s seat, posing his hands on the steering wheel. Cell phone still in place they swiped up then left to open the camera application just like they saw Logan do when he captured the old man shape. They demolecularized, set the capture time on a 5 second delay, looked down at the screen and sparked the photo button. As they stared at their selfie, Intrepid remarked that humans have a beautiful anatomy but have brains that still gratify annihilation. A nonparticipant grey gave warning to the others to demolecularize. The teenagers returned to the car destined for Cape Canaveral AFS Launch 46. Michael asked if Mr. Williams was still with them since they were about to pull into the parking lot. Intrepid tapped his shoulder. Logan remarked that he couldn’t wait to post his grandpa's ghost photo on social media. In the parking space the teenagers played open the car doors again while saying their good-byes. The imperfects zoomed to board the spaceship that according to schedule was to launch in 15 minutes for the moon with four astronauts aboard. Intrepid shared his telepathic thought with the greys; they’ll colonize the moon. In the car Logan and Michael could see a crowd at the viewing site, which prompted them to join the liftoff event. Standing there he remarked that now he’d have an outrageous image of a ghost and video of the launch to post. He opened his photo application and saw the last photo was the 3 greys sitting in his car. As he passed his phone to Michael, he yelled, “I’m going to be famous.” Michael gasped, then yelled back, “me too.” People standing close to them leaned in to see what they were looking at on the phone. Logan pulled the phone to his chest and advised Michael they should leave before someone catches on and steals the phone. Michael quipped, "Yep, I bet they'd kill to get it." They ran back to the car as fast as when they saw the shape-shifter at the cemetery.

You began the story like an article. And only really got into the story when you start describing the car driver as Logan. Throughout the story, using conversation, the dense paragraphs would be a whole lot easier to read. The way it is, the story is all third-party observation after the fact.

I'm glad you used fantasy rather than science fiction. Although many would consider this science-fiction, I would refer to it as science-fantasy. I don't get the last line at all. Perhaps it needs more fleshing out. Obviously an attempt at a twist.
