A time traveler returned to the garden of Eden to make an observation of how life began
Many people around the world had always thought that Adam and Eve were the first humans created on earth .
Bucko often had this idea that they may have been alien astronauts who landed here from a distant planet and were unable to leave so they remained .
Never before had it dawned on him to teleport there to the garden of Eden to observe what it was like and so he closed his eyes and stretched his arms to the sky and concentrated about the beginning of life on earth and his mind was flooded with many visions of that streamed through his mind .
Who am I , what’s all this about , why am I here , where am I , then when he opened up his eyes, he heard a voice from the clouds say .
See for yourself what I have created . Bucko stood up and went for a walk around and was amazed at everything he saw . He saw the first man and woman on the earth and they also had a look of astonishment .
Adam and Eve were not wearing a spacesuit as he had assumed and in fact, they wore no clothes at all .
They couldn’t see Bucko as he walked around the garden studying everything in detail .
The trees and plants gave this fragrance of freshness that smelt like sweet perfume infusing his mind with a presence of peace and love and everywhere he walked he looked at life as if seeing it for the first time . He heard the sounds of bees buzzing and birds humming .
He looked all over but found no spaceship anywhere which made him think Adam and Eve were not astronauts as he assumed they could have been .
Suddenly there was a flash of lightening and a thunder roar that sent Adam and Eve and the other creatures running as the rain started to fall .
Then again, a voice from
the sky was heard .
“Do not fear for I am with you always. “
Then the rain stopped and Adam
and Eve emerged from the shelter of a cave as a strange wind blew across the land .
Then the sun came out from behind the dark clouds and shone down around the garden .
Bucko walked along with Adam and Eve and listened to them talking .
“ What was that loud noise Adam and who is talking to us from the sky ?
She said .
Adam turned and looked at her and smiled .
“ I have been told not to ask questions but never before have I heard that loud noise . The voice is from our creator. You and I are the first man and woman . We are the beginning of the human race .“
As Eve looked at Adam and they experienced a feeling that was never felt before by woman and man . They embraced and Eve said.
“ How did you do that ?”
Adam replied ,
“Do what ?”
“Make me feel that way “
“ I don’t know , it just felt like the right thing to do “
He said .
They both went and lay down there in the garden together and Bucko went to explore all the wonders of life around .
Bucko was amazed at the herbs and other plant life . He had never seen anything like them before .
There were cracks in the ground with steam coming out from
them and hot spring water pools scattered around in a tropical paradise with beautiful flowers growing among the pathways that encircled the garden.
When he returned to the place where Adam and Eve where he saw
They discovered love and as the morning sun arose, they looked into each other’s eyes and were so them laughing together . Then he saw they had covered their bodies with some leaves and a serpent that slithered around their feet .
They seemed to be acting strange as if their minds had been changed .
Adam stood there as Eve began to criticise him . They started to argue . Picking faults in each other .
They ridiculed and belittled each other . Then Eve asked Adam to do eat the fruit she put in front of him .
Adam refused but Eve persisted and then gave him a cuddle and began to show him some affection After Adam tasted the fruit a darkness returned again in the sky and a voice called out to them .
They both ran away to hide .
Bucko closed his eyes and thought about his home on the mountain and soon he had arrived back in his own herb garden .
In his mind Bucko was at peace about everything he had seen and had found an answer to his question .
